It was a pretty chill interview. The interviewer was nice and gave good info. Some say editors are paid per project, not hourly, but she said that's not true for us, maybe more for writers. They first talk about the company, then ask about your background. The questions are pretty simple and direct. I was just nervous and sounded dumb, but there was no need to be. It was supposed to be 15-20 mins but ran closer to 30 mins because we chatted. I interviewed on Thursday and heard back Monday. No red flags, so I'd recommend it. Good luck!
