It was a very calm process and we got to know ourselves a bit better. They offered to give me more recommendations if my outcome was good

Behavioral Technical

The interview process included 3 interviews: an initial screening, an interview with management, and an interview with HR. The screening call was a casual chat with someone from the team or management to discuss your basic interest in the role. It wasn't very formal, with standard questions and a few unusual ones, like what you could teach them on the spot. There was no dress code.

Behavioral

No response or clear answers. They told us in the first interview that they were hiring us and would confirm the start date the next day after their management meeting, but we received no reply. After chasing them, they organized a new interview that wasn't supposed to happen and made us wait another two weeks, only to finally say they had changed their minds without any explanation. We received this by email, they didn't even have the courage to call us. The recruiters don't know how to recruit. They don't even know the start date. When you want to start the 1st of the next month, it's too soon for them. All of this for a fixed-term contract on top of that.

Other Case Behavioral

The interview process involved a phone call, then a case study was sent out weeks later, with feedback taking even more weeks. I had to follow up with the recruiter to schedule an in-person interview. During the interview itself, the interviewer wasn't really listening, looked away, or was checking emails.
