The process was great. It involved 3 rounds: a recruiter call, a hiring manager interview, and a final panel that included the hiring manager, teammates, and a cross-functional leader. The recruiter was very communicative and honest, which helped me understand the process. The hiring manager and the team seemed interested in my experience and were upfront about the day-to-day dynamics at the company.

The interview process was disorganized. A recruiter missed the initial call due to a time zone mix-up but still called late. Then, an interviewer didn't show up for the next interview, and the coordinator was unresponsive for a while. I later learned the link was faulty and the coordinator had already left for the day. When rescheduling, there was no apology, and I was instructed to book an interview within the next three days. The actual interview went okay, and the interviewer was pleasant, but I felt I lacked the necessary qualifications. The overall impression was of a chaotic environment that seemed detrimental to the company. Despite potentially good benefits and pay, the experience makes me hesitant to accept an offer. I hope this was just bad luck and not typical.

The interview process was pretty disorganized. It started with one round with the team lead, followed by a panel review that included several one-on-one interviews with different team members. The interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral questions. While I actually enjoyed talking to the people, even when I couldn't answer the technical questions, the process itself was frustrating due to the lack of respect for my time and poor communication. The last stage took two weeks to complete because one of the panel members wasn't available, which is strange; they could have just found someone else. Then, for my final one-on-one panel interview, I received an email just three hours before it was scheduled saying it was cancelled with no explanation. I initially thought I didn't get the job, but that wasn't the case. The interviewer was just unavailable again, and their follow-up wasn't apologetic about the last-minute cancellation or providing any details, just that they'd call back later. When people take time off work to interview, they deserve their time to be respected, and the lack of communication, especially in the later stages, is really off-putting.

The recruiter was unprofessional, not punctual, and unresponsive. After reaching out, I responded almost immediately to set up the interview, but it took nearly 2 weeks to get a response back. Then finally had the interview. The interview was average. After that, I was told to sign an NDA, which I did because I was told that in a couple days I would go to the next steps. But nope. I reached out more than 3 times on an update. No response. I guess the recruiters either are not managed well or have zero respect for candidates. Terrible experience.
