It was a good experience overall in the initial interview and conversation with the hiring manager. It was very discovery-focused, but the role play part was very solution and product driven with barely any discovery. One of the interviewers was late for the role play and we weren't allowed any questions at the end. The interview ended right when we went 2 minutes over time. I think the team expects you to fully understand their products and services.

The interview process was good overall and I enjoyed it. The stakeholders were warm and timely, and they provided me with good feedback that I can use for future improvement. I didn't receive an offer, but I plan to reapply.

Applied via referral, but unfortunately, I didn't even get an interview, which was disappointing given the poor communication from the talent acquisition team. About a week after applying, I got a standard email stating they had too many applications and were moving forward with candidates who managed over 90 customers and had digital marketing experience. The email also mentioned a previous interview I had for a similar role over a year ago. I didn't proceed with that earlier application because Supermetrics didn't have a US-based CSM team then, meaning European CSMs had to handle customer calls late at night. Since this new role was for UKI customers, I was keen to reapply. I emailed them expressing my desire to discuss my vision for the role and my potential value, but I never received a response. Interestingly, the same position was posted again two weeks after I got the rejection email, and they're still hiring for it.
