The interviewer was not punctual, which made me a bit uncomfortable from the start. During the interview, they asked me to describe my current role, showing a lot of interest in understanding not just my responsibilities, but also how the structure of my company works. I got the impression they wanted to extract more detailed information than just my daily tasks, perhaps to get a broader view of the corporate environment, hierarchy, and internal processes. Although I was prepared to talk about my role and activities, I felt their approach was a bit invasive regarding strategic company information. Nevertheless, I tried to answer clearly and objectively, keeping the description focused on my main tasks and the results I achieved, without exposing details that could compromise the confidentiality of my current employer.
