I arrived at "irmão Gonçalves" and asked the locker room girls where the interviews would be, and they were very rude or uninterested, responding 'it's across the street.' I crossed the street and there were only a few small shops. I asked a guy selling snacks, and he gave me the location. The interview started with a test involving Math, politics, and Geography, if I recall correctly. (Phase 1) (Phase 2) After a while, I received a WhatsApp message asking if I was available to do an exam.

The employee who assisted me was very polite, and the interview was quite relaxed. I was nervous, but the environment and the interviewer were very friendly, making me feel comfortable. The questions were as I expected. At some points during the interview, I got the impression that the distance I lived from the workplace would be an issue, based on what the interviewer was saying. I also gathered that because I have two children, it would be difficult for me to manage, even though I mentioned I could get to work and had someone to look after my children. They considered this a hindrance for me.

I personally dropped off my resume in 2020 while I was still in high school. They called me back in 2023, after I had already finished school. I took the test, had the interview, and even submitted my documents. However, I decided not to take the job because my cousin worked there as a cashier for 2 months and it was very humiliating. Also, in my case, it would have been as a young apprentice. I had the luxury of choice and wasn't that desperate for a job. Regarding the interview, the lady barely looked at me, asked super fast questions, and I had to answer super fast too. Overall, they don't ask difficult questions.
