First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Superior Industries.
Design Engineer
The interview process went really smooth. It was straight forward to apply online and upload a resume. A screening interview. Followed by an initial phone interview. Lastly an in person interview.
- How have you handled a difficult situation?
Human Resources Coordinator
They have a well-established process, which they follow within the given timeframes and in the correct manner. The interview location is a designated space, free from interruptions. The recruiter appears confident and secure, having studied my CV and asking relevant questions for the role. They don't provide much initial information.
- What were the challenges in your last job?
Purchasing Intern
The interview process for this internship was pretty simple. I talked to the VP of the department, the manager, and an employee. They all asked me questions about workplace culture. Superior Industries really values their culture and wants to make sure new hires fit in, so they have different people from the department meet with you. They also wanted to check if I was qualified for the job.
- Can you introduce yourself, discuss your past experiences, and outline your future aspirations?
Design Engineer
I had a video interview for Prescott, then an in-person interview in Prescott. After that, there was a phone interview for a position in Minnesota. The video and in-person interviews went well, but I decided against the Minnesota role because I didn't want to relocate for a year of training.
- Would you be open to relocating?
