The interview process was professional and engaging, featuring an in-depth discussion that served as a good exercise. The hiring manager was enthusiastic about understanding the extent of my community connections and network. He was very welcoming and proved to be one of the best leaders I've encountered, offering support and encouragement for my growth. I ultimately accepted the position and remained with the company for eight years.

Interviews are happening over Zoom with multiple people. It varies depending on who is conducting the interview. There are pre-set questions, and the duration can be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. I can truly say the interview process differs based on the manager conducting it, even though they use a standard set of questions. Not all questions are asked, and they focus on how you handle situations that might arise in the workplace.

Applied online. The recruiter contacted me within 3 business days. We discussed my background and the salary range. They sent over details about the company's benefits and insurance. This call lasted about 20 minutes. I got a second interview that same week. The director was supposed to interview me for the second round but missed the scheduled time. The scheduler couldn't reach the director, so we rescheduled for the next day. The second interview was pretty standard, mostly "tell me about a time" questions, and I felt it went well. We also talked about the company culture and work-life balance. This interview was also about 20 minutes. The following day, the recruiter informed me that the director and their entire team were being let go and a new team was being brought in. They still wanted to hire me but mentioned I'd need to interview with the new person. I decided to decline the offer.

You'll meet with a few team managers in a room after meeting them in the waiting area. They will then each take turns asking you questions about skills important to the job. The job involves talking on the phone, verifying info, and entering data into computer programs all day. They're looking for someone who can learn fast, be available to work Monday through Friday (outside of sleeping or dinner time), and multitask. They want someone who can talk to customers on the phone and do a lot of assigned work, using the same computer programs for both.
