The interview process was terrible. It involved an IQ test and listening to an old CFO brag about his marketing skills. It was very old school and hierarchical. The CFO was only offering a budget of $600 for either partial Salesforce use or other options.

It started off well, but they ended up making their final decision based on a Caliber test. It's recommended to cheat and take a test prep course for it. Your score on that test is really important for getting hired. I didn't cheat, so I didn't get the job.
