First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Superior Energy.
General Manager
It was all good. It just took a while to start, and I ended up waiting in the reception for a bit. They were very nice, introduced me to some people and I got to know the Base better. They said they would get back to me, but unfortunately that hasn't happened yet.

Administrative Assistant
The interview process was quite straightforward, though it did cover everything needed. They clearly explained the job responsibilities. During the interview, we were able to take a tour of the warehouse to observe the day-to-day operations. I'd suggest this company. The management team ensures that employees are placed in roles that are a good fit for them. There were good opportunities for career advancement within the company.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
IT Center
The people I interviewed with were pretty cool, all very welcoming and kind. they asked a lot of tech questions, if you don't know your stuff you may be in trouble there. Overall a very good experience, it always is when you come across people that are usually kind and take the time to know about you. be honest. Overall I think at the end of the day they're looking for someone team minded and kind as well as a little knowledge in between and willing to learn and apply itself in the company for possible growth.
- How do you ping a machine?
- Is TCH IP re-routable?

So after I applied, the company hit me up for a phone interview with the recruiter. Then, another phone interview popped up, this time with a panel of people. After those two phone calls, I had an in-person interview which was with the same panel. My advice for others? Take what they say with a grain of salt. They'll make it seem like they're offering you the job and talk about stuff you'd only discuss post-offer. They'll say the recruiter will call you back, but nope, never happens.
- Can you take direction from more than one person?
