Intern
The interview process seemed a bit disorganized from the start, based on their website. While the interviews themselves were okay, the onboarding experience was a complete mess. My meeting got rescheduled without me knowing, and then after waiting all day, it was cancelled 30 minutes beforehand. Everything got pushed back a week because I didn't get the right paperwork for onboarding, and there was no apology. I started to feel like the company was shady. They were offering internship hours for social media engagement and required us to follow the CEO and call her 'SJ' for 'Super Julie'. This felt really strange. More red flags appeared, and after accepting the offer, I was again ignored when I didn't receive a team meeting invite that was supposed to be sent. I decided to leave the internship. Be careful, it felt like a pyramid scheme.
- What SEO tools have you used?
Video Production Specialist
It was a really laid-back process, mostly just showing you're enthusiastic about the job. First, I spoke with HR, and then the company owner and CEO interviewed me. They asked some direct questions, then added a few fun ones to see how I'd react. It was a good look into real-world job experience and interview etiquette. This experience boosted my confidence in my abilities and helped me figure out how to use them well. Talking with the CEO was a bit intimidating at first, but she has a super fun, chill vibe that made me feel at ease during the interview.

- What makes you want to join our company?
Human Resources Coordinator
I got an email/call to set up an interview. First, I talked to one of the HR Recruiters. Then, I had a second interview with someone who is a Senior Human Resources Coordinator, the same job I applied for. They asked me more detailed questions about what I can do and when I'm available.
- Tell me about something you are most proud of.
- Imagine you won the lottery, what would you do and why?
- What experience do you have?
Social Media Intern
It was a standard interview over Skype. The interviewer was nice and got straight to the point. She explained that this internship is flexible since it's online, but requires at least 10 hours per week. I was hoping for an internship for the future, but she said I should reapply when I have better availability and ended the call.
- What is your weekly hour availability for this position?
