Behavioral Presentation

I went through three rounds. First, I spoke with HR. Then, I met with the department director. Lastly, I interviewed with the agency CEO. The questions were pretty standard, and it felt more like a conversation than a Q&A, which was actually more helpful.

It was quite nice and charming. Had a nice conversation at eye level. Nice colleagues. Good communication and accessibility. No unnecessary and unimportant standard questions. Good preparation for the conversation on the part of the company.

I interviewed for an internship, and it took about two months. The process had 3 rounds. First was at the NYC office with a team, where they asked general questions. Second was a Skype call with someone from People and Culture, which was a fun chat. Third was a phone call with another team, also with general questions. I received an offer 4 days after the third round.
