I got the job at the Cork city branch in Ireland. The process had 2 rounds. The first was a team tryout with about 14 people. We started with ice-breakers, then matched Superdry's timeline and key events. After that, we split into groups to pick outfits and present them based on assigned descriptions. There were also activities to test customer service common sense. The two managers were really nice and the vibe was comfortable. The second round was a 1:1 online interview with a manager in Scotland. It was a great, supportive chat, like talking to a friend. I heard back about the job in 30 minutes. I've been working for two weeks and it's going well. The staff at Superdry are very kind. I just found out we get a uniform allowance four times a year, based on contract hours, and we get a 50% staff discount to use with it. It's great!

We did a team tryout where we got into pairs, put together an outfit based on a prompt from the manager, and then presented our choices. After that, I got called back for a 1-on-1 interview where they asked basic questions like why I want to work there and to tell them about myself.

It was less stressful than I thought, the interview was very relaxed but professional. I had a team try out/group interview consisting of around 15-20 people. There were three staff members - one was a manager, can't remember what the other two did. They made us sit in a circle and we were asked to first introduce ourselves and include an interesting fact about ourselves. Then we were split into mini groups consisting 3-5 people in a group. From this instance we were given group activities - simple, fun activities. Some activities included styling an outfit, we had about 2 scenario question activities, a few other activities as a group - after every activity as a group you are expected to explain your ideas/reasoning in front of everybody. We all also got a sheet of paper at the beginning where we labelled what days and time we were available. I'm currently waiting for feedback, they should get back to us in 2 weeks.
