The interview process was great, everyone was super friendly and nice. I was nervous but it all worked out. It involved a lot of group activities and designing outfits. There were also questions about the company. The one-on-one interview at the end was quite short on time.

I applied online and soon after got an interview invite with other candidates for a retail role in Reading. They messed up and sent us to Cheltenham (2.5 hours away) by accident. They then sent us to the Reading store, but the initial interviewer refused to interview me, so someone else did. This second person barely spoke and asked only one question. The real interview was supposed to be the next day, but because of their location mistake, they basically rushed me through, again without any apology. It felt very unprofessional how they handled their mistake and gave me a really quick, improper interview.
