First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SuperCare Health.
Manager
It was a typical video chat interview, but they canceled 30 minutes before and rescheduled. The hiring manager said they wanted me to move on to the next round. The next day, I got an email asking me to do the next interview that same day with only 3 hours' notice. I couldn't do it because I wasn't available. I sent my availability for the next few days. The hiring manager emailed back expressing disappointment that I wasn't available immediately and then they ghosted me. It was incredibly unprofessional and unorganized. Interviews go both ways, and they showed a lack of respect for my time and schedule. Huge red flags.
- Could you discuss your background and what makes you qualified for this role?
Project Manager
The initial interview got canceled 30 minutes beforehand with no reason given. After rescheduling, the interview with the hiring manager went well and felt very positive. I was told I'd move to the second round and HR would be in touch. The next morning, HR emailed asking for the second interview the same day with just three hours' notice. I couldn't make it due to the short notice and sent my availability for the following days. The hiring manager then emailed expressing disappointment about my unavailability. After that, they ghosted me. It felt like a good company, but the process was really unprofessional and disorganized. It's a big red flag when a company can't or won't respect a candidate's time and schedule, as interviews are a two-way street.
- Can you tell me about your experience and qualifications?
Respiratory Therapist
I had a chat with the Manager about the job. They went over the job details. We talked about my education, what I've done before, and my career goals. They asked me questions about my clinical skills, how I solve problems, and my communication abilities.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
CCSS Representative
It was a panel interview with 2 supervisors. They have to take a typing test and ask the basic questions. If they like you they call u back for 2nd interview and if you r chosen you take a drug test and must pass background.
- How do you handle different personalities?
