First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Super Coffee.
Sales Analyst
After I submitted my application, I got invited for an interview. Then, there was a phone screening where they asked basic questions about the position, its location, and salary, plus some behavioral questions. After that, I had video interviews with the hiring managers, and the questions were more focused on company values. Finally, they made a decision.
- Can you share one of the company values and explain how it relates to your experience?
Sales
It was a fun, positive, and enjoyable experience. The hiring manager was personable, and I really liked the remote, flexible interview options. The questions were typical, and I'd say overall, it was a relatively easy interview process.
- Can you tell me about a challenge you've faced and overcome at work?
Intern
So first I had a phone call interview, and then they gave me a design challenge to do. After that, I had a second interview. It was a 3 step process to getting hired there.
- How would you handle a crisis situation at work?
