They first reached out to see if I was interested in applying. They were quick to schedule the interview, but the hiring process took a long time. I had more conversations with people from related departments. They basically said they didn't have any other candidates that could compare and that I needed to do a skills test. They mentioned they would get back to me with an answer, but they never did. They just ghosted me and wasted my energy, time, and efforts. Seriously, listen to the other reviews; they don't respect applicants' time and don't bother giving follow-ups or responses.

I interviewed for the ECommerce Manager, Magento position. The process included a recruiter call and a phone screen. They asked general questions about the job, nothing too hard or specific. I believe this company has an age discrimination policy. I am more than qualified for the position, and the interview went well. They asked if I wanted to come back for a second interview, but I never heard back. I've heard this from others who interviewed there as well. The HR contact didn't seem to have a clue and was pretty unresponsive.

You had to be buzzed into the building, so the first interaction was with HR. She was a very helpful lady to break the ice with while waiting for the hiring managers to meet me. We found a nearby conference room and the process began with the basic interview questions. The whole experience was about 30 minutes long in total. Afterwards we walked out with the classic, "we'll be in touch." However, to this day, I have not received any follow up. After reading other Glassdoor interviews for this company, I went in expecting that to be the outcome. Even after sending a post interview thank you, still nothing. My advice is to be thorough. With this being an in person interview, time and money were set aside to make an appearance, at the very least let us know which direction you are going after the interview.

The interview seemed to go really well, and the interviewer thought I'd be a great fit. However, I got a rejection letter saying that although I was qualified, they were moving forward with other applicants who were 'more' qualified. It's interesting because they keep running the same job ad, and they always seem to have ads up! They're super picky about who they hire, even though I felt I was more than qualified, and the pay was pretty low.
