Engineering Intern
It was a pretty relaxed and casual interview. They asked about specific skills I had that were relevant to the job. After the interview, they showed me around the plant and introduced me to some of the employees.

The interview process was straightforward and easy to go through. I had two rounds of virtual interviews, followed by a final in-person interview. I didn't get the offer in the end because of my onsite availability, but I felt the process was fair.
