Behavioral Group

The process has three parts starting from an online application, to an in-person interview, to a group interview. The online application has several questions that you have to answer, some of which are revised during the in-person interview. The in-person interview is usually conducted with one resident director and a current resident assistant. The in-group interview is a whole day affair with a number of exercises.
