Research Assistant
I met with my potential major professor to discuss the roles and what they expected of me. Then I talked about my background and why I thought I'd be a good fit. After that, I met some other senior faculty members, current grad students, and the HR department.

My current supervisor called me via skype because I am an international student and it took about half an hour. He mostly wanted to check my ability in talking in English.

Had a phone interview. It was interesting and informative, and I was able to talk and ask questions, getting great answers from HR and the Department Director. I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process.

The interview process was really easy, the people were nice and pleasant. I'm just using this site to access some information on Glassdoor that I need to check, and it's annoying how they make you jump through hoops to get it.
