Behavioral Technical

I had 2 video interviews scheduled that I got stood up for after waiting a half hour each time. The first time I was made aware that it needed to be rescheduled. The 2nd time no one contacted me. After the 3rd successful time I received an offer the next day. The offer was no where in the range I discussed on my phone screen interview. The person said he would get back to me but I never heard from him again. I found the person I was dealing with to be very disorganized and unprofessional.

I had a phone interview, then I had to send in a video of myself reading a script. They also talked about my resume and my experience and background in general. After that, I had a second phone call where they told me I passed the first part. Then they asked me more in-depth questions and I had to send in another video.
