It was well laid out, i first met with the general manger and then the CEO. They were specific in their process by asking questions about my interest in the job and my priorities.

The interview process felt like kids playing office. There was no professional recruitment process or communication during the entire hiring cycle. They didn't follow up or communicate why it's a great company to work for.

So I had a phone screening first. Then I went in for the interview and they asked me some pretty basic questions about my resume, my construction experience, and that sort of thing. It seemed to go well, and they told me the next step was an interview with the CEO. But then, like 2 hours before that interview, the recruiter called and said the pay was $5/hour less than what was on LinkedIn. They wanted to know if I still wanted to interview. I asked about the benefits to see if that would make up for the lower pay. Turns out, they don't offer health insurance, 401k, or paid holidays. You only get 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked (which is like 1.3 weeks a year) and 3 sick days. Because of the compensation and benefits not being what I was looking for, I decided not to go to the interview. The process itself was nice, but they really should have talked about benefits earlier, like in the first interview or the phone screen.

Had a great time with Sandy. She told me everything I needed to know about the job and pay. The building was nice, clean, and professional, and the front desk staff were great. The location was easy to get to. Everyone was welcoming. Sandy introduced me to people around the office and told me what I'd be doing if I got the job.
