So the first step was a phone interview, mostly just going over my resume and asking some more questions about my background. Then I had an in-person interview at their headquarters in Winston-Salem. A lot of it was standard interview stuff, but I also got to meet the president and hear about his vision for the company. Apparently, he meets with everyone who might be hired to make sure they're a good fit for the company.
