First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sunrise Medical.
Staff Accountant
The interview process has three steps: an Excel skills test, a technical interview, and a personality test. The interviewer was very supportive and polite. If you have the right skillset and you are confident, then you are good to go!
- Could you tell me about your experience?
- How are your Excel skills?
- Let's do a technical interview.
Supply Chain Intern
The interview had two stages. The first was in English and went well. The second was in Spanish and wasn't bad. What disappointed me most was that they tell you one thing but it doesn't show up later, so I think sincerity is very important.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Do you know the dimensions of a pallet?
- What about the dimensions of a container?
Engineer
The interview process was quite straightforward. Many local managers from different departments were involved in the interviews. They asked basic skills questions, and it seemed like they weren't sure what to ask. It was evident they didn't have many experienced workers applying, mostly just a lot of recent college graduates.
- What are your career growth aspirations?
Manufacturing Engineer
It was a pretty straightforward and fair process. They mainly asked me questions related to my engineering background. I walked them through my past projects and responsibilities, and answered everything they asked. All the discussion was focused on engineering topics.
- Can you tell me about improvements you've implemented?
