Got a call from a recruiter and had a quick phone interview. Then, did some online psychometric and timed aptitude tests. Since they're moving offices, the in-person interview was at a hotel conference room in Slough. It included another aptitude test and some questions about my background, my thoughts on the company, and the role.

Applied online. HR team reached out via email for an online aptitude test. Got a response in under two weeks to set up the first phone interview with HR. It was a 30-minute chat about my background. HR also said they'd schedule the next interview with a hiring manager. The next phone interview happened about a week later. It was a straightforward chat about my past experience. Within another week, HR called to set up an in-person interview. They covered all travel and accommodation costs for a two-day trip to Tucson, including flights and food. The interview day was packed, including one HR chat, two hiring manager interviews, and an aptitude test. Got a job offer less than 5 days later. Really liked the whole process; it was well-organized and the people were great.

There were many stages of interview: 1. Aptitude test for 30 mins. it contained questions from operating system, data structure, Networking, programming(c, c++), Software development, Database. Each 5 questions and total 30 questions were there. out of 200 candidates 20-25 were selected. 2. In the second round two programming questions are given. they said, results will be declared after 15-30 days.
