Following the initial phone call, we had a group interview via Zoom. The manager shared details about Sunnside and Cresco. They asked us to introduce ourselves and then posed several interview questions, including some hypothetical scenarios. We each answered in a random order. Before the interview concluded, we were given the chance to ask the manager any questions we had.

The whole interview process took about a month. It started with an initial phone interview, and then about a week later, I had a virtual interview. It took another two weeks to find out if I was offered the job. They told me I'd hear back in a couple of days if I got the position, but I ended up waiting about two weeks. I'm not sure why I wasn't selected because my interview went well, and I even have a certification showing I understand the responsibilities of a dispensary associate. The email just said the managers enjoyed meeting me and learning about my experience, but didn't give a specific reason for not selecting me, which is disappointing.
