First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sunnylife.
Production Coordinator
My interview at Sunnylife was pretty standard with typical questions. I think I did well, but I didn't move forward, maybe because of salary expectations not being clear upfront. I asked for feedback but didn't hear back, so I'm not sure why. It was an okay experience, but better communication would've been nice.
- What are your salary expectations?
Sales Manager
The interview was thorough on how my past experience would be relevant to the job role. They are also looking to see what value I can bring to the company. It was very relaxed, not stressful.
- Why are you interested in working for Sunnylife?
Sales Coordinator
I was emailed some screening questions to answer, then had a quick 15-minute get-to-know-me interview, followed by an in-depth hour-long interview. The team was always kind and asked questions to get a feel for who I was and how my personality would mesh with the office. The role was described and I was able to meet multiple people on the team I would work for. It was a 3-week process. Nice team. They gave great feedback.
- Can you provide a detailed example of a problem you faced and how you solved it?
Sales Associate
It was a group interview, and it felt really positive and friendly. There weren't any 'wrong' answers, it was more about sharing your own opinions. Even if I didn't get hired, I'd feel like I was true to myself. The whole vibe was very relaxed and friendly.
- Could you team up with a partner, find out about their best summer holiday, and then introduce them?
