Samurai
The interview was super chill and easygoing. They set up a casual environment to make sure it didn't feel like a big deal. The questions were pretty straightforward, mostly checking out your general vibe to see if you'd be a good fit.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
Cashier Smoothie Maker
It was super easy! The employees and work environment are really nice. If you show you're passionate and sound like a good fit, you have a good shot at getting the job. They seem to favor students or recent graduates. Being vegan or having knowledge about nutritional supplements and food benefits will help your chances and make your first week of training go more smoothly.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What kind of things are you interested in?
Assistant General Manager
The interview process was straightforward, casual, and easy to navigate. The conversation happened outside the smoothie shop, and I enjoyed my time. It felt like good preparation for the job. I received an offer right after leaving, and I knew it was the right fit.
- What's your approach to handling stress?
Assistant General Manager
They really hyped up this job, making it sound amazing, but honestly, they seem to mislead candidates, which is a real bummer. I wouldn't waste your time applying here; you'd likely find better opportunities elsewhere.
- What is the meaning of LHI to you?
