A recruiter called me to set up a 3-hour phone screen, which was pretty long. The interviewers were really nice and helpful, asking stuff from basic algorithms to front-end functional questions. I got an offer pretty quickly, but then after like a month, they took it back because their business direction changed. This really messed me up because I'm running out of time for an internship and most spots are taken. Even though the people I talked to were great, the offer withdrawal made the whole experience pretty bad.
