I interviewed for an Associate Software Developer position at SuneraTech in Uppal on June 16th. I passed the initial two rounds, which were Aptitude and a Group Discussion. The overall process was frustrating and lengthy. The HR staff were quite harsh and unresponsive. They mentioned they would contact selected candidates for subsequent stages and collected our personal information. It's now been two months with no communication from the company. I tried reaching out to the HR personnel via LinkedIn without success. When I attempted to call some HR representatives, they responded rudely. I strongly believe they need to reassess their hiring procedures and update their approach. This is not how freshers should be treated.
