Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sunera Technologies.
Software Developer
I interviewed for an Associate Software Developer position at SuneraTech in Uppal on June 16th. I passed the initial two rounds, which were Aptitude and a Group Discussion. The overall process was frustrating and lengthy. The HR staff were quite harsh and unresponsive. They mentioned they would contact selected candidates for subsequent stages and collected our personal information. It's now been two months with no communication from the company. I tried reaching out to the HR personnel via LinkedIn without success. When I attempted to call some HR representatives, they responded rudely. I strongly believe they need to reassess their hiring procedures and update their approach. This is not how freshers should be treated.
- The GD topic was about demonetization.
Senior Software Engineer
The interview involved mainly core Java and Spring Boot questions. There were two technical rounds and one HR discussion. Overall, it was a good experience with some coding questions included.
- Tell me about singleton classes.
- Can you explain object oriented programming concepts?
- What are your strengths in Core Java?
Software Engineer Trainee
The interview process has a written test covering aptitude, reasoning, English, and coding, followed by a group discussion, then technical and HR rounds. The test itself is easy, but afterwards, we don't get proper feedback.
- Can you write a program that prints stars in a sequence?
