It was basic. The interviewer didn't really know the responsibilities of the position. They asked very basic interview questions. If the hiring manager can't explain the position, I wouldn't want to get hired for this job.

The interview process was easy, breezy, and fast. I really enjoyed my time interviewing for the role. Joel was helpful, funny, and very pleasant. I interviewed with the manager and they offered me the job right after. They wanted me to put in my two weeks notice, but I said I wasn't comfortable doing that until we talked about the agreement terms. I got an offer letter, less than 2 pages, which they said was my contract. The offer letter didn't have job responsibilities, how I'd get my bonus, or benefits past my salary. I asked them to include this in my contract, but they refused and pulled the offer. It was a huge red flag and I'm so glad I didn't accept. Just a heads up to anyone looking at this company! Be careful and don't be scared to negotiate.
