A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. We had to reschedule our first interview because she missed it. After that, I had a second interview with the hiring manager. This was not a good experience. Within the first two minutes, she mumbled that she didn't think I was a good fit for the role. I had to ask her to explain because she just continued the interview as if she hadn't said anything. She basically told me she thought I'd be bored with the job given my experience. I'm not sure why she wasted my time continuing the interview when she decided she wasn't going to hire me so quickly. Our interview was supposed to go until 4:15, but at 4pm, she acted like she had another meeting she urgently needed to get to. I felt pretty bad after leaving the meeting. It was a really demeaning experience.

I had a phone chat that went great. We talked openly about my job, the one I wanted, pay, perks, and what's next. It seemed like I'd get an in-person interview. A week later, I interviewed with someone else. We discussed the company more, what they do, and how. I went into more detail about my current work and the company vibe. He said he'd send a writing test soon, but then the first person emailed saying they were impressed but picked other people. I asked for feedback after, but never heard back.

I applied through LinkedIn and they set up a 15-minute phone screen with the Project Mgmt Lead, but it ended up being 30 minutes. He sounded nice but not really excited about the role. The interview was pretty easy. He didn't mention salary at all. When I asked about the company, he said they're a 'matured self-start up' and still figuring things out. After talking to him, I realized it wasn't the right place for me, but I wish them the best.

An HR person contacted me on LinkedIn and we had a quick call. She then scheduled a short chat with the hiring manager. Both of these were brief 15-minute calls. After that, I didn't hear back, and I saw the same role posted again. Kind of rude, in my opinion - a quick note would have been appreciated for my time.
