Customer Service Representative
It was a great and easy interview process. They were very responsive, answered all my questions, and were thoughtful and transparent. They responded to me in a timely manner and let me know about timelines and what to expect.

Packaging Engineer
HR first screened me via email asking about my salary needs, if I could relocate, and my motivation for applying. I wasn't given a chance to ask HR questions before they advanced me to the hiring managers. I then had a conversational interview with two hiring managers, which was nice and went well. They inquired about any concerns I had, and I mentioned the negative company reviews on Glassdoor. They acknowledged these and assured me they were for positions above mine. Despite their positive portrayal of the company and team, I was ghosted after the interviews, receiving no communication back, even after sending thank-you notes. It's unprofessional to have two hour-long interviews with hiring managers and then hear absolutely nothing.

Graphic Designer
This was a phone interview that lasted about an hour. Right from the start, it felt unprofessional. We had agreed on a certain time, but I had to reach out myself to see if we were still on for the call. Once we connected, they seemed flustered and mostly asked if I could do specific tasks and if I met the job requirements. They also seemed really uninterested when I talked about my past experiences. The call ended with them saying I'd have an in-person interview and a task to complete to check if I fit the role. They were supposed to get back to me in two weeks, but after that time passed, I emailed them with no reply. I sent another email, still nothing. Honestly, this has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a company.
- How would you describe your current work dynamic?
Inventory Manager
So I had this recruiter call, then they did an interview screen. After that, they said they were gonna send my info to the VP of ops. I waited a week and hadn't heard back, so I hit them up. The recruiter took another week to get back to me and said she sent my info over and would update me. It's been over a month now, and I've seen them repost the same job on LinkedIn three times with over 100 applicants each time. Like, seriously, you can't find anyone? They're clearly not actually hiring and are just wasting people's time.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
