It's a super easy interview process. You come in and shadow someone to see how the job operates. Then, you'll get scheduled for your interview and a mouth swab. You'll get hired really quickly, within a couple of days. It's a simple process! You get to observe all the teamwork in the office and see how friendly everyone is!

First, there was a personal interview and a phone process. Then, you went through a 3-day training at Sundance University, followed by working on phones that following Saturday. Continued training was available as needed, which did help those that needed it.
