- Would you describe yourself as a people person?

- Can you discuss your past experience?

The interview process was pretty relaxed, I felt at ease. I had a one-on-one chat with the manager. She asked me about my best vacation memory, my previous attendance, and how I'd deal with a tough call.
- Can you tell me about your attendance history with past employers?
- How would you approach handling a difficult phone call?
