Contact Center Representative
The interview process was pretty easy and smooth. I didn't feel any pressure and stayed relaxed during the questions. I got through it quickly and then got a job offer.
- What's your approach to handling calls that have been escalated?
Merchant
There were about 2-3 interviews total. I had an initial HR phone screen, then an interview with the Hiring Manager, and finally one with the VP of Merchandising. The HR team was super nice and helpful, and the merchandising leaders were really great.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- Describe your experience with retail math and KPI analysis.
- What Excel formulas are you familiar with?
Marketing Analyst
The interview started with a quick phone screening and then I was brought in for a 2.5 hour interview with four people. It was more focused on personality than technical aspects. I really liked this process because there weren't any unnecessary steps and everyone was really nice.
- What three things are you hoping to gain from this role?
- How do you keep yourself organized and plan your work?
- Can you tell me about your hobbies?
Software Engineer
I interviewed with the hiring manager for the role. We started off with some casual chat about my personal background and work history, then he threw a riddle my way. After that, a member of his team joined and asked me some technical questions about how I'd code up a solution for a business problem they presented.
- Which programming language do you know best?
