There were about 2-3 interviews total. I had an initial HR phone screen, then an interview with the Hiring Manager, and finally one with the VP of Merchandising. The HR team was super nice and helpful, and the merchandising leaders were really great.

The interview started with a quick phone screening and then I was brought in for a 2.5 hour interview with four people. It was more focused on personality than technical aspects. I really liked this process because there weren't any unnecessary steps and everyone was really nice.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I interviewed with the hiring manager for the role. We started off with some casual chat about my personal background and work history, then he threw a riddle my way. After that, a member of his team joined and asked me some technical questions about how I'd code up a solution for a business problem they presented.
