Talent Operations Manager
1st round was a 30 min call with the recruiter. It was basic, but didn't cover salary or the rest of the process. I'd advise discussing salary early to avoid wasting time if the candidate is out of range. 2nd round was a 1 hour video call with the hiring manager. It was just rapid-fire questions, and they didn't seem to have a clear format. Salary was discussed on this call. 3rd round was a 30 min call with HR, supposedly to learn more about the organization. I got to ask questions. I haven't heard back in two weeks, so maybe they forgot about me.
- On a scale of 1 to 10, what is your experience level with Greenhouse (ATS)?
Product Manager
The interview process had four rounds, with a presentation at the end. It moved pretty fast, which was good. But it was unethical to make me do tasks and a presentation in five days without pay. Some questions in the final interview and presentation needed more research than I was prepped for. They didn't even know the answer to some questions, like customer journey, which is wild since they own the company. They sent feedback saying I didn't get hired because of minor spelling and grammar errors on the deck. It's kinda inconsiderate given the short time to make it. Their marketing process seemed disorganized, and they cared more about a polished PowerPoint than actual skills.

- Why do you want to join us?
Onboarding Specialist
The process was really smooth, everyone was super nice and quick to respond. I started with a phone screen with a really great recruiter. Then, I had my second interview with the Sales Director, which also felt good. I was getting ready for a third interview, waiting to hear back from the recruiter about the next steps. However, five days later, the recruiter let me know that unfortunately, they had already hired someone who was further along in their hiring process. They mentioned they really liked me though and suggested I reapply in a few months or reach out to him then.
- What is it about sales that you find enjoyable?
Customer Advisor
I applied through their website, and then got an email the next day to set up a phone screen. I then spoke with Beth from HR and she was very enthusiastic and excited about the growth that Sundae is experiencing. From there I immediately went on to have interviews with both Trevor and Zach. The conversations were very exciting and really showed the heart that this team has for what they do. The whole process took about 2 1/2 weeks and I received an offer and accepted.
- Can you share an instance where you showed empathy towards a customer?
