It was a pretty straightforward remote interview process, conducted by hiring managers from the main Tampa office rather than the local branch I applied to. The questions were the typical ones you'd expect.

It felt like I had to defend every answer I gave. It wasn't really an interview, more like I was giving a dissertation about my qualifications and why they should hire me.

Applied online and then a recruiter called to set up an interview. Had one virtual interview. It was a disappointing experience because I was looking forward to working at a company that talks about its great culture but the people who interviewed me did not make that seem like it was true.

I was contacted for a phone screen for the position, which was unexpected and didn't allow for prep time. After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager. During this second interview, they mentioned they were likely to hire an internal candidate over an external one. About a week after my interview, I sent a personal follow-up to the recruiter. The very next day, I received an automated rejection email. While I get that internal candidates are usually prioritized, I felt my time was wasted because it seemed like there wasn't a genuine intention to consider external candidates fairly. Also, a more personal response to my follow-up would have been appreciated, especially since I made the effort to reach out personally. In my view, this process wasn't very considerate of applicants, given how tough the job search can already be.
