So, the interview process kicked off with a phone call, and then they invited me in for an in-person meeting. Honestly, the interview was pretty standard, nothing too unusual. They asked straightforward questions, mainly to get to know me and see if I'd be a good fit for the team.

I had an initial phone chat with the General Manager. Then I went in for a 2-hour interview that included a tour of the whole resort. We discussed salary requirements and they were within the range discussed. I was supposed to meet with the COO next, but then contact stopped. They said they were delaying hiring until later in the year. The position was posted 3 months later and I tried to start the conversation again. I wasn't called back or given a reason why.
