Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sunbelt Staffing.
Account Executive
The interview process was simple and began with a phone interview. They were nice but did seem a little uninterested or there was phone delay; I did not go back for another interview after the phone screening but I know someone who works there and they are happy with the environment.
- Why sales or recruitment?
- What's your reason for being in the job market right now?
Account Executive
The process was really smooth and everyone I spoke with was great. I heard back within a week. Make sure you're ready to talk about your experience and what motivates you. Hold off on asking about salary or commission; focus on discussing what a typical day looks like.
- What makes you want to get into recruiting?
Account Executive
The interview process included an initial phone call followed by an in-person interview. They asked about past mistakes and what I would do differently about past jobs. I asked about the retention rate, which is 50%, and what they would do differently, to which they said nothing, a 10/10 rating with no room for improvement. The staff was very nice, but it seemed like a corporate monster machine.
- If you could restart a past job, what would you do differently?
