It was an easy and pretty generic interview process. Since I was returning to Sunbelt, it was straightforward for me. They inquired about my goals and aspirations for the OSR position.

It was really interesting, the team is solid and the people seem really happy. The process was well structured and clear. I'd recommend researching a bit about HVAC and Power Gen before meeting them.

The listed salary expectations in the job posting were incongruent with what we offered on the initial call. This is one of those companies that posts the salary + additional compensation as the base salary so you think you're applying to a much more lucrative opportunity. On top of that, the hierarchy seemed disorganized with a Market Sales Leader position reporting to a District Manager? Finally, the interviewer was late to our call but "had a hard stop" and indicated there were already internal candidates being considered, so I knew I was a box check from minute one.
