First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sunat.
Intern
It's straightforward, a meeting with 4 other people and the head of the area along with HR will ask the questions. The process is simple, and the minutes fly by. They ask a question and we speak in turns for no more than 2 minutes each.
- What is something you are proud of?
- Have you ever worked with a great team of people, and how did you react?
Engineering Intern
The final interview happens after the knowledge test. The interview is kind of short, in a group of 3 people from the same area as the one applying. The interview is conducted by a representative from Human Resources, and a representative from the area the applicant is applying for.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- Can you share a time you told a white lie?
- Describe an academic achievement you are proud of.
Recruiter
I went through 4 stages in this process: a recruiter call, then an interview with the hiring manager, and after that a test that involved recruiting process implementation and diversity projects. Then I had a background check.
- What do you know about the industry?
- Why are you interested in this role?
- Do you have any specific questions about this position?
Administrative Assistant
It's a structured interview, but nothing out of the ordinary. They really value punctuality and if you live close to where you'd work. Also, you should know the entity's structural aspects well, like the hierarchical structure.
- What is your place of residence?
- Could you detail your professional background?
- Which companies have you been employed at previously?
