Got an online assessment with 7 questions, but only the first one was required. The other 6 were optional and didn't affect my chances if I didn't do them. The task involved parsing a string and transforming it into a peculiar table format. The coding platform mentioned that there would be no automated test cases; instead, human reviewers would assess the code.

The initial interview stages were okay, but the final round with the COO was really unstructured and confusing. She seemed to have no idea how technology works, and to top it off, she was about 40 minutes late. She asked general questions about my work and project experience. Honestly, I think the company needs a new COO; even a high school graduate could do a better job. All the Glassdoor reviews seem accurate, and I thought I had a decent chance. Even if you answer everything perfectly, I doubt you'll get hired. My advice is to not get your hopes up at all, even if you're very experienced. I'm sure they'll still reject you. Don't waste your time on a company like this, where they don't respect your time and have poor management.

After completing an online coding assessment on Intervue, their recruitment team contacted me via email. It took about 5-6 weeks from the coding assessment to get an interview scheduled, mainly because it took about 2 weeks on average for responses between SWMC to set up a time. The interview itself wasn't too bad. There were some random and kind of obscure quiz questions about tech mentioned on your resume, and you had to talk through a project and explain your process for working through a task. It seemed like they had a specific list of things and answers they were looking for.
