Applied on 3/31. A recruiter made first attempt within a few days via missed call (no vm) and SMS message. I returned call and left vm and also responded via SMS. 3 days ago, same occurrence happens. 2 following this, rinse and repeat. This entire time not a response to any of my SMS messages to better coordinate and not a single e-mail. Suspiciously the SMS messages following each of the recruiter attempts were identical and had misspellings such as "son pharmaceuticals".

The interview process was quite a bit hectic as they make you sit for hours for an interview. As I share my personal experience here I was called for interview for production sterile dosage form at 10 am. However, I reached the building at 9.30 i was told to wait at gate then after sitting around for hour at gate they let me in at 11.30 after that they make me seat in a waiting room without any assistance or any idea about when the interview will be happening I waited for hours and at 2 pm the hr came to told me that he will take my interview in 30 minutes and at 2.30 they took my interview for 2 mins and told me they will let me know

The interview process has 3 rounds, involving HR, the reporting manager, and the head of department. The questions are straightforward and easy to answer if you have the technical knowledge. It's a pretty simple process overall. The HR round can be conducted over the phone. The reporting manager and head of department interviews can be done consecutively.

It was a 2-round process. The first round was an aptitude test with technical, pharma, VARC, math, and logical reasoning questions. This was followed by HR and manager interview rounds. However, only the test was completed as time ran out. They mentioned they would do the interviews later, but some candidates received emails and others didn't. Subsequently, they stated the position was filled and there were no vacancies.
