For the Management Trainee role (non-properties), there were several rounds: first HR, then a Manager interview, and finally a back-to-back session with two senior management panels. The Manager interview involved solving a case study within a time limit and presenting the solution. The final round had two senior management panelists. One panelist asked me questions in Cantonese, which I couldn't answer, possibly contributing to my failure, even though Cantonese proficiency wasn't stated as a requirement earlier.
