The interview process was pretty standard. One thing I noticed was that the Accounting Manager's attire wasn't very neat; their shirt had toothpaste and cat hair on it, and it wasn't ironed or tucked in.

So I was supposed to interview onsite, but they cancelled like 3 hours before, less than 24 hours after I confirmed. This cancellation was super unprofessional and disrespectful of my time and commitment. I made big plans and traveled a long way for this interview, and then just got told at the last second (3 hours before!) that they'd already decided on someone else. I actually took the day off and was already driving to Dallas when they told me. Plus, I never got a real explanation about why they made that awful decision. This has been the worst interview experience ever, and I don't think any candidate should be treated like this. I hope they think about this and start treating candidates with respect.
