First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sun Health.
Lead Server
The interview process was easy, with basic customer service questions that weren't too critical. You'll need to provide scenario answers for them. They also asked a 'tell me about yourself' question and what you know about the company, plus your goals and ambitions for the role.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What is one of your weaknesses?
- What is one of your strengths?
Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
I had a phone prescreen with HR that lasted about 30 minutes. They went through all the requirements in the job description, and I felt good about it, thinking I'd get a second interview. But then, nothing. I emailed a couple of times over the next week and a half and still heard back. Haven't heard anything since, not even to say they hired someone or to thank me. Honestly, it makes me think it's not a great place to work if this is how they treat candidates.
- Walk me through your past work experience, starting with your time at [previous organization].
Front Desk Receptionist
The interview was pretty easy and I got hired pretty fast. The interviewer wasn't ready to talk salary yet because of my experience. They didn't explain the job much, but I did get to see the building.
- Tell me about your experience working as a receptionist.
