I had an HR Screen, which was a relaxed interview. The recruiter made me feel really comfortable. The questions and explanations were very relevant and good. There was also a brief conversation in English. I didn't pass because I lacked some details in my examples, which hurt me. However, the feedback was very valuable, and I had a great impression of the company; I definitely recommend it. The other steps would have been about 2-3 more technical interviews and maybe 2 more for cultural fit and a conversation with someone high-level at the company, but I didn't reach those next steps to say for sure.

If you're thinking about applying, the interview process itself is okay, but be ready for some lag and not much news from HR. First, there's an online technical test on HackerRank with multiple-choice questions and two coding problems, which weren't too tough. Then, an initial chat with an Engineering Manager about your background and what drives you. You'll get plenty of time to ask your own questions. Lastly, a final 1-hour behavioural interview with the Head of Engineering, digging into your past projects and standard behavioural questions. The interview part was pretty standard, and the interviewers were nice and professional. But, the communication from HR was a letdown. After the last round, they said I'd hear back in a week, but that didn't happen. I followed up twice after the week passed and got no reply. Since this program has a set start date, it would be helpful to have clearer communication so candidates can plan their schedules without being left hanging, even a quick update like 'still deciding' or 'waitlisted' would be good.

It was a really bad experience. I did a coding task on a website and then had a technical interview with a principal engineer. It was awful, they kept saying my code wasn't good and complained about never having time to do anything. They also tried to turn it into a competition, saying everything I mentioned doing at my current job was easy and that they also had it. It felt like a comedy skit. It's hard to get excited about joining when interviewers act like that. Applicants deserve better. I hope this isn't typical for the company, but be warned if you're reading this.
