I spoke with a recruiter, but didn't move forward. It wasn't a great chat. About 30 minutes in, the recruiter realized they'd already hired someone for that role and were actually interviewing me for a different one. They tried to cram details about the new job into the last 5 minutes, but it was a mess. I would have preferred rescheduling for a proper interview, but they didn't seem to care. The pay was also super low, like $90-100k for a Senior PM, when others are offering $130-140k. It just wasn't worth it.

I had an initial recruiter call, then an interview with someone at the same level. Unfortunately, I was rejected after that. SumUp sent an email saying I lack compliance experience, which is why I'm writing this feedback. It's weird because they never asked me any risk or compliance questions, even after I talked about my experience in that area. The interviewer even said they wouldn't ask such questions, and they didn't. So, it's amusing they rejected me for not having a skill they didn't evaluate. I mentioned this to HR through their feedback system.
