It was a really long and drawn-out process, lasting about two months. Initially, HR was a bit slow to respond, but as we got further along, their response times got much better. Everyone I interviewed with was super polite and nice throughout, which was a big factor in my final decision. The stages included HR, a Manager chat, an Algorithm challenge, a technical challenge with a questionnaire about the tech, a talk with the CEO, and some final alignment with HR.

The interview process was quite lengthy, involving six distinct stages: initially, a screening with HR, followed by an Engineering Manager interview lasting an hour. Next was a 1.5-hour live coding session, then another 1.5-hour technical session. After that, there was a 1-hour culture fit interview, and finally, a 1-hour Bar Raiser interview. The whole thing took over a month. Honestly, the outcome was pretty frustrating; I got rejected on the technical aspects even though I completed all the tasks and answered everything correctly. It makes you wonder why they proceeded with the last two interviews if the technical evaluation was already a done deal. I suspect some bias played a role in the final decision, though the recruiter was pleasant throughout.

The first step was a recruiter interview where they explained the role and the interview process. The interviewer was nice and asked some basic questions. In the end, I think they didn't feel I was qualified enough. Not sure what happened, they just sent a common message that they found a better candidate.
