The recruiter did not present the company in an appealing way. The conversation was rushed, and they didn't offer any extra details that would make me want to continue.

The selection process was a pretty positive experience, even though I didn't make it to the final stage. Both the Cia de Talentos interviewer and the SumUp manager, who conducted the first and second online interviews respectively, made me feel really comfortable. They also created space for more casual questions and comments. I didn't advance to the final stages, like the 'Tour na SumUp' and 'Final' interviews, but I was left with a great impression of the company.

The selection process was quite structured. It started with a GMAT-like logic and math test, followed by interviews with personal questions and consulting-style cases. It's a demanding process, so preparation is key. All interviewers seemed genuinely interested in my background, both professional and personal. It felt like they really value hiring people who align with the company's work style and culture.
